Futchi is a hybrid home fragrance brand and design agency, founded by a group of designers who have background with LVMH, Hermès and Shangxia. The studio partners with skincare, makeup, and lifestyle brands across Asia. I contributed to zero-to-one product development, independently delivering design concepts that clients later produced and launched. This role sparked my transition into service design by showing how brand value can be delivered through customer and user experience.
